We believe that by working closely together with you to obtain important information needed to prepare the valuation ensures that the end valuation is both accurate and realistic. We will aim to establish the right value for the business.

The OSG model take the historic accounts of a business and combined with financial projections analyses the business to establish the true underlying profitability and cash generation. This enables a view of value to be expressed using a minimum of three alternative methods and highlights the key points that can be enhanced to improve sale potential.
