Chris Nott has worked in commerce and industry as well as the accounting profession, providing both the technical skill and expertise you would expect from chartered accountants combined with the commercial sense of business advisors. Chris leads the One Solution Group and works closely with clients to focus on integrating their personal and business aims, formulating key strategies to ensure these goals are achieved.

Mike Wilband manages the mergers and acquisitions within the One Solution Group, this includes corporate/business sales and acquisition searches on behalf of a wide range of clients. Mike has personal experience of selling businesses and how to grow businesses by acquisition.

Heather Rideout has worked with s range of companies and disciplines in both practice and in industry. She uses this extensive expereince in performing business valuations and helping companies to prepare business plan that will support their future strategy.

Ben Hughes, after qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1994 Ben worked as a financial controller in industry before becoming a self employed artist. Since 2005 whilst continuing to manage his own business. He has extensive experience of business planning and forecasting for small and medium sized businesses.

Samantha Day has worked for Richardson groves since 2001. She has a great deal of accountancy experience working within practice from auditing, accounts preparation and setting up management systems for small and medium size businesses.
